Death on the Road

Why do animals cross the roads?
To be hit by cars?
Smashed into pieces,
With intestine lying all over the place..
Glusome sight,
If given a chance to stop and look..

That what i witness today,
On the way back from work..
Something that looks like a cat,
And something that looks like a dog..
I'm not really sure,
But i guess it must be them..

Death is such a ugly sight..
When you see death,
You feel that life is really very fragile..
Hope those poor animals can be more careful next time,
Try using the pedestrian crossing..
