However, the condition to join the gang is to prove your loyalty first. Their are 2 jobs given to him, first is to stab his friend, Jason, and second is to beat up his own brother. He had no choice, his life was in danger. He was a coward, he chose to hurt his friends and family so that he could live. Jason was lucky to survive the stabbing, and his brother was beaten to a pulp.

The sense of guilt was so overwhelming that I finally woke up and was really thankful that it's only a dream..

I got 100/100 for BUS 208 - Quantitative Methods in Economics Mid-sem test 2, and 25/25 for my ICT 265 - Knowledge and Information Security essay 1! what a year!

Wah, dunno still got people reading my blog or not sia.. so long never update.. been really busy ever since i started working in maccas.. and i thought that it would be easier than working at sakura, shorter hours less work, but i was wrong.. overnight shifts starts from 1130pm - 700am.. by the time reach home, bath and play WOW already 9 o'clock liao.. our sleeping hours have also been turned upside down.. remember i used to be cinderella? must sleep at 12? now i sleep ard 6am everyday, and wakes up in the afternoon.. it tough juggling work, study and WOW at the same time, and its easier to neglect schoolwork, because after work, jus wanna come home and relax, dun feel like doing any work.. all for the sake of my super computer, i've saved up $AUD900 liao, and must continue to work hard!

1st day a Maccas..

Tuesday was my first day working at Maccas, and i was given a bloodly 8 hr shift.. i hate being a noobie at work. everything also dunno, and the people there are all younger than me.. 1 guy is 10 years my junior! sibei sian la work there.. no 'regular' smoke break, must pay for own meals, cannot stand ard and do nothing.. and we still dunno how much we are paid! plus, all are night shifts.. from 6pm - 2 am, then tomorrow working 11pm - 7am.. fucking sian.. i told maccas is like 4-5 hrs shift one? then this is as good as working at sakura, except maybe the pay is higher..

3 weeks back in Perth, and i'm loving it as each day passes.. maybe what those other people say are true, once u study overseas, eps australia, u might not want to return to ur homeland anymore.. it tough to describe, but i'm quite sure many feel the same way..

anyway, been busy wif either school work, or WOW.. or is watching stupid videos online.. i notice not much people have been blogging nowadays.. had the fad passed already? nothing exciting recently, except the stupid maomi became very "teh".. refused to sleep on the pillow we gave her, but sleep on our quilt, between my legs.. she's now abt 9kg, and when she's on the quilt, i cant even move it! fattest cat..

Back in Singapore

I'm starting to develop a love/hate relationship towards Singapore. I like the food, the convenience of shops closing late and Maccas being 24hrs delivery, but I'm starting to dislike Singaporeans more and more, especially Singaporean drivers.. Anyway, going overseas to study is a blessing for me. made me more matured and independent. Well, I'm going back to Perth in 4 day's time.. Cold winter, here i come! No more oily face, or any irritating taxi drivers. Goodbye satay, stingray, chicken rice, prata, and my favourite 70 cent kopi...

I found this old picture in the photo album and though it was one that was very well taken.. the lady in the picture is my grandma, and the baby is my bro.. i guess he was about 1 year old, so it will make this picture 18 years old.. thanks to my scanner and photoshop, this pic is restored and enhanced.. :)

Latest ambigram addition

The latest design that was requested by Ann.. was working on it halfway today when my 6 year old monitor died on me.. luckily i saved the file before it happened.. if not sian sia.. must redo.. damn troublesome.. anyway, she said she plans to use it for a tattoo.. i wonder how many of those who requested for an ambigram actually do use it as a tattoo design? maybe i should charge people for my designs, and earn a few bucks at the same time.. hmmm.. maybe can post it on yahoo! auctions??

I can't fit into my army uniform!

just curious about how much growth my biceps have been after i left for australia, i took out my army no. 4 uniform to test it out. you know we have to fold up the sleeves, and it's taught that we should fold up 3 folds, my arms can't even fit with 2 folds! omg.. should i be happy, or should i feel sian that i may have to get a new set of uniform? haha! i shall strive to be the fittest clerk in OCS when i resume my NS.. hoot!

To connect to other devices via Bluetooth, you will first need to select a file from Multimedia => Select "File" => Menu => Copy => Bluetooth & then look for device.

That's what the vet said.

4 days ago, I was trying to perform the "flying cat" stunt, whereby you throw a cat towards the sofa and watch it spreads its limbs out, something similar to a flying fox. This stunt was shown to me by Kelvin, who demostrated it and we all had a laugh.. Anyway, apparently I did not perform the stunt correctly, and Mao-mi did not have a proper landing. Soon after, we noticed her limping on her left hind leg. We thought it might be a sprain and decided to see what happens after a couple of days.

Today, the leg got worse, she was limping more than ever. Initially she've only got a slight swollen thigh, but today it was massive! The pain had even gone to her paw! Feeling guilty and sorry for her, I decided to bring her to a vet to have a look.

The vet's diagnosis was that she had got into a fight with another cat and got bitten, which lead to an infection with lots of juicy pus inside. The medical term for that is "abscess". Without treatment, Mao-mi's leg will slowly "rot" and it'll lead to her death. "How much is it for the treatment?" I asked, "$480." the vet replied. Our faces changed when we heard that. "But it's either she have the surgery done, or I might have to put it to sleep." said the vet.

We thought about it awhile and bargained with the vet and he agreed to do it for $440. We couldn't bear to let Mao-mi die like that. She has become part of our lives already. Oh, and we found out that "she" is actually a "he", and was sterilized and is a mix breed of Burmese and short haired domestic, and is roughly 3 years old.

The surgery was a success and the vet said that this was the worse case of absess he've ever seen, and there was ALOT of juicy pus inside! If treatment wasn't given to Mao-mi, 95% that 'he' would've died from it. The vet had to keep her overnight just to make sure all the pus gets drained out. I'm picking her up later in the morning, hope that he'll be fine. (Really not used to Mao-mi being a male...)

We saved a life today, and we're happy about it.



How can anyone bear to let a creature this cute, be put to sleep?

(By the way, for all those that doesn't know who Mao-mi is, we think she's either a run-away or a stray cat..)

Today's paper was marketing law, which is kinda confusing and not what we've expected. we were told to study 5 chapters and the paper ended up contcentrating on only 2.. such a waste of time, should have just told us that the 2 was most important, so that we won't waste too much time.. anyway, i did not study as hard for the paper, which is unusual of me, as what agnes said.. because during my time of study, i took off time to design AMBIGRAMS!! here's my latest work.



This is something that my fren asked me to do for her other fren. both of them were thinking of using my designs as a tattoo! it would be such an honour, Kelly and Justin!



I wast satisfied with the design on Baby's name, so i decided to redo it.. at first i was thinking of designing one that reads "Jill Eaw" on one side, and "Brandon" on the other.. but i guess that's too advance for me now, plus i've only limit time to mess around with ambigrams.. wait till i go back for holidays, maybe i'll try it out..



Kelly said she couldnt see my name for my previous ambigram, so i decided to design another one for myself.. better this time? this is now my new favourite.. haha!

Latest addition to the Hammond family?

This cat, unknown to us whether she's a stray, abandoned, or lost kitty.. anyway, it has sorta become the neighbourhood cat, people feed it and sayang it when they saw her.. We feed it also, and sometimes let it stay over at our place. This cat is not like any other cats. As we know, cats are not attention seekers, and they'll only come to you whenever they feel like, but Miao-mee (the name Jill gave her..) is different.. She enjoys sleeping around people, or should i say especially my stomach.

One day after work, we found a decapitated rat at our door step, and on instinct we knew it was the work of Miao-mee. So i looked it up on the Net and found that cats do that as a form of respect, or to show gratitude. It's like bringing home a trophy. Domestic cats do not eat rats, but hunting is their basic instinct, and they normally will not eat the rat, but just torturing it to death.. Poor bastard.. Anyway, i was kinda glad to see a dead rat on my doorstep, it shows that the cat likes us.. haha!

Do you know cats prefer to drink water that are 'moving' then still water? As though human prefer drinking from a waterfall then a pond. Learn something new everyday eh?

i've made some changes to my skin. notice that the 'entries' and 'misc' column both have a bottom image, and that the length of the 'misc'column is independent from the 'entries' column.. and also there is no horizontal scrollbar.. had a hard time figuring it out.. but hard work pays off.. although it seems insignificant, it still not an easy task..

Missing Home

I've been wanting to go back, missing s'pore alot more these days.. counting the days till i can board the place and head for home. I guess people at certain point, truely get home-sick, even when they thought they've acustom to overseas life.. well, $900 from the government will be send to my account on 1st of may, was thinking of using the money when i graduate to build myself a SUPER-COMPUTER! been reading on how to build myself a computer, so when i get back, Sim Lim anyone?

p/s: i wish i can love u more, dote on u more.. i'm sorry if u felt neglected, (even when we are never apart..) but i know i should have shown u more of my attention. i love u baby, Happy 2nd Anniversary!

seems like everyone stopped blogging.. boring.. nothing to read.. no time to read too, juggling between work, sch and training.. these few weeks suddenly very motivated to train, main reason cos i spent abt $200 on suppliments, if dun use, wasted la..

went over to the girls' (& Wriston's) place after work today, chat a lil' bit, realised that we've some sort been forgotten.. kinda sad actually, cos these are the only people we're close to in boring o'Perth.. well, it's inevitable, cos we're living so far apart, and meetings are usually last minute.. haiz, should've chosen the place next to the girls' the first time round.. anyway, the only thing good is that there's less distraction, but bad thing is spend less time with friends, less fun..

dun forget abt us, for we once form the 'drunken' bunch.. (remember that time we acted drunk??) haha.. have dinner some time, call jill for shopping, call me for car wash, or if you are feeling rich, can call me for mahjong! haha!

He may have meant it in a good way, thinking that i might have problems with management subject (cos i dun have a management background), but he did not do that to those who are in the same situation as me! I hate it when angmo look down on asians. Yes, i'm taking it as he thought i wasn't as good as the rest of the class.. nabey cheebye.. i wanted to say to him,

"OEI! What you meant by jus 'try your best'??!! Are you looking down on me??! Do you think I'm not as good as anyone else??!"

I'll say that the next time. damn tulan sia.. anyway, i hate management, and i dun think this subject is required of me to get my degree, cos it totally irrelevant to what i'm after!! what has management got to do with a e-business and marketing degree? Crap, i dread Wednesday.

first time participating in a charity bike ride. first time only 30km! and it's next week.. no time to train already.. anyway join for fun only, the reason is to test my strength and endurance. the route starts all the way from belmont race course, to jondalup, which, by car is considered quite a distance already.. i hope there are not high slopes, if not i sure die halfway..

i just did 20km this morning, from my place, round the riverside drive, and back.. fucking seat gave way la.. making my groin damn sore.. i rode till the seat went down and machaim ride bmx like that.. i also had my first crash today. traffic junction, clip couldnt come out in time, and u can imagine the rest.. i wanna use this opportunity to lose some weight, pray that i succeed ya?

it's been awhile..

i realised i havent been updating my blog recently, and this 2 months has been hectic for me. working and studying at the same time is not easy, esp during summer school period. i got back my results for the summer unit, only a P (58%), which is the shittiest result i've got so far. i wasnt upset or anything, which is surprising, maybe cos i've already prepared to get sucky marks. i had to work on tues, when the exam's on friday, and there's 13 chapters to study. we would've more time to study if not for the stupid project. and since there are people whom u can't depend on, the 3 of us had to complete everything by ourselves.. we confirm with one of our other friend, and found out that the same "groupmate", gives crappy work in project, which they din't use any of her material at the end.. that time should have be firm and not except her into our group.. blood boil sia.. anyway, will be putting up photos of the new place once everything is packed up.

Tough times

it's been a busy week, lessons 3 days a week, work 2 days a week, which mean i've only got 2 days to rest. plus need to look for houses. i'm sick of searching for the suitable place, jus find one and stay, cant be bothered about the price liao. 2 rooms, furnished, near school, ok. pay more also dun care liao. sometimes i wish you could help, make some arrangements to view the places, dun make me do all the stuff..

Not only did her return made my day, but the x'mas gift she bought for me as well!! her initial intentions were to be fixing up the model kit together with me, but i ended up doing it all by myself, which i really dun mind.. haha.. cos i also scare she noobish and spoil it.. anyway, this present was da best! never thought she'll give me this as a x'mas present, tot i'll be getting perfume.. haha!! but i REALLY like this present alot..



poor baby is sick.. and got fever and cannot move... everytime she returns from shanghai also fall sick.. my guess would be the sudden change of weather.. plus her lack of drinking water.. luckily here got pharmacy open on new year's day, but the meds are damn ex.. hope she can get well soon...
