I think for now, there's still a major gap between the "normal, physical" business, and electronic business. The reason behind this is that people are still not very dependant on doing business based on the internet. Yes, I agree that E-business has help many small companies with low capital to kick start their business and allow them to compete with the bigger players, without necessary investing the same amout of money, but may be able to achieve the same results.
that's what i can think of at the moment.. i wrote here cos i haven install MS Office.. and i'm d/ling Windows SP2, which disallowing me to use notepad as well..
