So little time, so much to do..

been trying to keep in schedule with my study plans for the past week.. 1 chapter of MDP, and 1 chapter for E-commerce (EC) per day.. i realise i can concentrate better on MDP in the morning, especially after my morning run and the typing the notes EC during the afternoon and night.. i also realised that i haven plan a "rest" day in my study plans, which means i've to go on without resting.. damn! but i cant seem to keep my concentration.. read abit, surf net.. read abit, watch tv.. too much temptations around me..

which reminds me my poly days, which i went to my void deck alone after dinner and study and smoke. with no interference and no temptations.. no choice only can read, smoke and drink water.. it was much easier to study then.. unlike now.. freezing weather making me super lethargic..

eh, i wish exams will be over soon.. i need a holiday.. i need days where i can keep my mind empty and fiddle with Photoshop and play GB all day long.. yes, i need a life.. get me one...

i've decided to take out one of my old blogskin and use it.
simplicity is always the best.
i wonder wat was i thinking when i created those colourful blogskins.
too "noisy", i guess..
or maybe i grew sick of those..

What seperates a Winner and a Loser??

Who define who as winners, and who as losers? What qualities must one possess to be a winner? Then how do you differentiate a loser from the crowd? From the way he/ she dress? The way they speak? Their physical looks? Their hair? The way I view it is that people who thinks they're winners, define the losers. From many teenage movies, losers are always the ones being made fun of, push around, by the more popular dudes/ gals. So who define the winners? Others who look up to them? Does that make them losers? How a self-proclaim winner would feel when he/ she find out that he/ she is a loser in others' eyes?

Being a winner or loser is how you portraits yourself in front of others, how you would like to be seen as. But deep down, is that the real you? If so, congrats, you do have a great personality to gain the admiration of others. If not? Wouldn’t you be cheating or lying to yourself?

I used to consider myself as one of the "winners", maybe because I used to excel in most of the things that I do, except studies... but now I dun, and not that I feel I’m a loser... I’m happy with who I’m, I live my life the way I want, and I’ve a mind of my own.. I’m not embarrass to show my flaws, I’m glad to take criticism (though sometimes it really pisses me off to hear people saying that I’m fat..) it's a great feeling to be on the top of the world, viewing from the top at the people below you. Others will envy, envy leads to hate, hate leads to anger, anger lead to the dark side... (Haha...) but i feel some part of what the fucker Yoda said is quite true. Isn’t that what most human beings are like?

Songs for a lazy Sunday

i bought this CD about a month ago, from a shop called "Dirt Cheap CDs". The CDs there are really a good bargain, most of them 10 bucks each, but however, the CDs are kinda outdated.. Anyway, since today's a Sunday, and i'm feeling lazy, i feel like playing this CD and take a nap.. but there's endless chapters that I've complete! MDP and E-commerce exams are just one day after another, and I haven't had time to rest.. fine, cept the 1-2 hrs in Gunbound land..

I got back my results for the last MDP group quiz, 19/20!! YIPPEE!! thanks to Agnes for the tips, else I could've been SERIOUSLY screwed up.. my results for this unit hasn't been great, in fact, quite bad.. i hope this last test (worth 20%) is able to pull my overall up.

should i buy a heart rate monitor? it seems useful as I'm able to know the optimal heart rate to maintain during my workout in order to burn fat effectively.. but 1 of those buggers cost quite alot! I needa go down to the shop personally and let a sale person convince me to buy, so that i won't suffer from cognitive dissonance (marketing term.. haha..)

today was the opening day for "the longest yard", starring adam sandler, chris rock, nelly, "stone cold" steve austin, goldberg and burt reynolds. the show basically talks about an ex-football player, sentence to 3 yrs in texas jail, after stealing his gf's car, drunk driving, making fun of a short police officer, and escaping arrest. he was then asked to set up a football team, made of convicts, to play against the prison warden's team, which are the prison guards. they were suppose to be a "dummy" team, to delibrately lose a game to the prison guards, as to boost their confidence. however, sandler, being the quaterback and captain of the team, develop bonds with his team mates and was determine to beat up the prison guards as revenge for thier ill treatment. while recruiting his players, he promise them a chance to take their revenge on the guards, which they eventually did on the field. a super funny show with the usual guest appearance of sandler's pal, rob schinder (deuce bigalo). thumbs up! a must watch movie!!

as we entered the cinema, we found that the place was completely empty except the 3 of us! yes people, this is australia... people dun watch movies...
